In an era of fast food, TV dinners, pre packaging and over processed food it is hardly surprising that the thirst for knowledge and skills in the kitchen seems to be ever increasing.
Stephen Perrigaux is a chef with a long history in the professional kitchen. His family roots are in the Dordogne of South West France. His classic French restaurant situated in Devon in the 90's entered the Michelin Guide in its first year. He worked with several Michelin starred chefs including the celebrated Pierre Koffman (3 Michelin Stars) at La Tante Claire in Chelsea.
He also jointly owned and ran a luxury hotel in Cape Town, South Africa.
In a previous career he was a school teacher and therefore combining his culinary talents and his teaching prowess he has created the 'Perrigaux Kitchen' teaching members of the public exciting and extraordinary cooking skills and recipes.
